Rotary Blades

Harbor Freight did have the Rotary Blades for 1.99 a pack. That's $1 a blade. I don't understand why the same blades are so much more for the rotary cutters.  When I got home I checked and these blades fit in my cutter. I love finding good bargains - it made my day(such little pleasures)

I worked on these 2 pieces of fabric over the weekend and got both pieces tacked and ready to go for a stack-n-whack. Now I need to decide how I want to piece them. They will have to wait for a little while. I am going to make a quilt for the Hoffman contest and I have to make a men's tuxedo (pink) for Mardi Gras. Busy Busy - I'll get there.

Last time I checked our Harbor Freight they were out of blades - guess it's time to go back. Wonderful fabric you will be working with.

I hope you update on the new blades, I am wondering if they will last as long.

I have been using those blades lately and they seem to work fine, but don't seem to stay as sharp as long. Still....for that price, it is less painful to replace them more often.
