I did manage to get my Dresden Plate put together. It sure is nice not going to work - I get alot more accomplished. I do have a little more work to do to it. I think it needs a border to complete it but I can't decide on what to do. I think I will put it aside for awhile until something comes to mind. I could use some help if anyone has any ideas.
Now I need to put my efforts into getting some quilts out.

I think you should extend the background fabric out an inch or two. Then a thin light blue border followed by more of the background fabric.
I love it. Why not do it like the border of my log cabin.
They look wonderful.
I agree with Gene - a skinny border of your background so all your plates float. Audition some florals that draw all your hues for a wide border - your background for a binding.
Wow! Your Dresden Plate looks wonderful. Good job. Sorry, borders are usually a problem for me and I end up just doing very simple strips.
