My sister cut this out for me and I just couldn't wait to put it together. The pattern ended with the white border and I decided to add the rest. I was in such a hurry to get it done so I could get back to things I really needed to do that I wasn't paying attention and messed up all 4 corners. I folded it up and put it away with all the other tops that need quilting. I figured when I get ready to quilt it I will fix it then.
This is the current quilt in the frame. I can't make up my mind on the baskets yet. They have a heavy paper backing on them that is making them look a little odd. I would like to leave them alone and just might. Hopefully I will get it finished this weekend.
Then I will have 2 quilts to bind - I still haven't done the heart quilt yet.
Been having trouble with my feet hurting after standing at the quilting machine so I went to Harbor Freight and bought a set of these floor mats. At first I just figured they hurt trying to hold up all this weight - I'm sure that is part of the problem. They have really helped. Need all the help I can get

I love the quilting on those baskets.
I can't see the corners very well, but the red and white quilt looks beautiful.
That's a sweet red and white quilt!
Questions: why is there paper backing behind the baskets? Like paper piecing, and not pulled off? Is this a new technique I don't know about? What's going on? lol
I love it all. The baskets are real cute
Wow, I love that red and white quilt, and red is not one of my favorite colours!
